ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed through Read.Queerly are fulfilled by our trusted production partner Printful, which prints and ships items on demand from various fulfillment centers around the world.
This allows us to offer high-quality products made specifically for you and to reduce overproduction and waste.
Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the nearest fulfillment center.
Typical delivery times are:
• Netherlands & EU: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
• UK: 5–10 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–12 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing, local holidays, or courier delays.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
Some items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will not be charged additional fees for split shipments.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country.
These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Read.Queerly (operated by Designariusz) is not responsible for delays or charges related to customs clearance.
FAILED DELIVERIES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we may charge for re-shipping costs.
We cannot guarantee re-shipment if the item is discontinued or out of stock.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@readqueerly.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier or Printful.
Read.Queerly is not responsible for errors made by the carrier but will do its best to help resolve the issue.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
